Its not very clear who this document is for. Most businesses will not develop approaches to valuation themselves. They might hire a consultancy to do it on their behalf. Or draw coefficients from existing literature and adapt them.
I think it would be useful to be clear at what point in the process of creating applying, and potentially transferring, coefficients these criteria should be used.
And who is the audience. Is this an early stage audit. To give confidence to investors, regulators, affected communities etc? It might need a different level of rigor and depth for different applications. Worth acknowledging that.
Is yes/no to these questions enough? A lengthy methodology paper? Annexed evidence of consultations? Peer review? What is fit for purpose? And almost most importantly - who is considered credible enough to be the judge?
