Suggest splitting out limitations and omissions. Omissions is a specific point about scope. Limitations is a much broader question and is not only about the scope, its also about data shortages, sensitivity of assumptions etc etc.

this could feed together with considering whether any contradictions can be identified - could speak to an omission; or where a scope has its limitations and the assumptions required to accept it
