First of all, this is brilliant. I can imagine this being a go-to resource for freshly minted impact business analysts who are learning the due diligence process for sustainability investments. There are thousands of prospectuses that come across your desk, and you apply a version of this diligence tool to each one and write up a little report. Maybe you're a robot, I don't know.
Here's my observation: there are elements that are identified as "Tier 2" or "Tier 3," seemingly because they make sense in a taxonomy - that these particular features are a sub set of a higher feature.
However, if I am that analyst or robot mentioned above, there are a few key bits of data that I really care about for decision making, and the rest are more like "expected diligence."
#11 Tier 2 - Dependency Pathway
#12 Tier 3 - Causality
#19 Tier 3 - Value Perspective
#20 Tier 3 - Process for including the perspective of those affected
#30 Tier 2 - Type of Change
#34 Tier 3 - Level of Uncertainty
This is what I'd want analysts to really know. I think this is where risk and value are buried. For most of the rest, I would want to know more like yes/no, good/better/best.
