The term “Characteristics” is not clearly defined as the word itself may conjure general, distinct concepts for readers and the explanatory statement adds to the confusion by including seemingly varied types of characteristics. To add clarity, this could be further defined into categories of characteristics. Similar to how Cultural Context is explicitly stated, there could “Socioeconomic characteristics”, “Motivations and Interests”, and/or another topic that captures the description of “experiences” as added in the explanatory statement.
