Who is the judge what the key assumptions are?

There are SO many in an assessment.

If you want to give confidence on an assessment, or quality of a valuation coefficient, then you need to do sensitivity analysis and show how a change in those assumptions affects the change in the result.

Suggest this criteria needs to be much more specific to be useful.
